About Meridian
Meridian is a growing sales and marketing organisation delivering customer engagement and business growth solutions for established UK clients.
With continued expansion across Middlesbrough and the North East, we are developing a team of graduates to support campaign delivery, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and development of client campaigns
- Assist with business development and customer acquisition activities
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track results
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and customers
- Contribute to team coordination and day-to-day business operations
- Take part in structured training focused on business management, communication, and strategy
