Business Management Graduate
Crest Point · Full-time · On-site
Crest Point is a sales and marketing company working with established brands across the UK. While most of the world has moved online, our clients choose us because we do things differently — we put real people in front of real customers through in-person marketing campaigns. It is what sets us apart and it is what keeps our clients coming back.
This is a role for someone who wants to understand how a business actually works — not just one part of it. As a Business Management Graduate at Crest Point, you will get exposure across campaign delivery, strategy, performance and people management from early on. We are growing fast and we need someone who is ready to grow with us, take on real responsibility and work towards leading their own team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
