Our Business Management Graduate Programme

Our Business Management Graduate Programme is designed to promote personal and professional growth of new associates into our business. The programme is a 24-month rotational programme where graduates get the opportunity to work and gain valuable insight into our business. The programme will consist of four 6-month rotations within our Finance, Global Marketing, Project Management, and Data Analytics departments. In addition to the rotations, all graduates will be further developed through a customised training programme and be supported by a mentor and rotational manager.

Key Duties

  • Support preparation & review of budget and forecasts for P&L, cashflow & capex.
  • Work on J-SOX control implementation & monitoring compliance.
  • Facilitate statutory reporting preparation, such as gathering schedules, reconciliations, and audit evidence for year-end.
  • Prepare cash flow analysis, assessing drivers of cash inflow/outflow.
  • Assist in the creation and update of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, and digital materials) in collaboration with upstream and regional teams.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of international congresses, industry events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of promotional content used across events, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of digital content for website and social media channels.
  • Assist in collecting market insights, competitor activities, and campaign performance data to support marketing strategy.
  • Assist with post-event and campaign reporting to evaluate impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create project schedules using MS Project or Planner.
  • Support risk and issue tracking.
  • Assist & shadow Project Managers with reporting and meeting preparation.
  • Support budgeting & cost management activities.
  • Assist with stakeholder management at all phases of project plan.
  • Develop business cases when required for relevant projects.
  • Map business processes clearly to understand workflow and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and interpret data flow diagrams to visualise how information moves through systems.
  • Visualise data effectively and identify meaningful use cases that support decision-making.
  • Apply practical data analysis techniques to solve real problems.
  • Understand organisational change principles, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
  • Support creation of communications, training material, and change impact assessments.
  • Participate in change governance and adoption activities.
  • Draft communications and support training sessions.
  • Assist in producing change impact reports.
  • Track adoption metrics and user sentiment insights.

  • Relevant degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative. Can take a problem, analyze it and put an action plan in place.
  • Strong computer skills.
