What You Will Do
- Run the CEO's operating rhythm by capturing decisions, assigning owners, and relentlessly following up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional projects, surfacing potential blockers early and building processes where clarity is currently missing.
- Prepare critical materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, and investor conversations to keep the business aligned.
