Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the Area Manager: You’ll orchestrate the Charlotte Tilbury experience, pushing KPIs, coaching staff, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Customer Experience Pioneer:
- Traditional service doesn’t exist—you’ll craft loyal Charlotte Tilbury advocates.
- Empower customers to discover why the brand is worthy of obsession.
- Selling with magic—enchanted product knowledge along with passion.

Leadership & Coaching:
- Mentor your team, elevating their performance via on-the-job training, motivational leadership, and hands-on support.
- Instil limitless thinking.

Collaborative Innovation:
- Bridging retail and head office, influencing talent while constructing enduring partnerships.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
✔ Proven managerial expertise equivalent to Deputy Manager or above. ✔ Value-adding track record covering KPI delivery, team development, and problem-solving (agency experience never hurts). ✔ Flex for life in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG industries means you likely thrive in moments of sudden urgency.
