Business Manager – Charlotte Tilbury (Charlotte Tilbury at Harrods, Knightsbridge)

40 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting to the Area Manager: You’ll orchestrate the Charlotte Tilbury experience, pushing KPIs, coaching staff, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Customer Experience Pioneer:

    • Traditional service doesn’t exist—you’ll craft loyal Charlotte Tilbury advocates.
    • Empower customers to discover why the brand is worthy of obsession.
    • Selling with magic—enchanted product knowledge along with passion.
  • Leadership & Coaching:

    • Mentor your team, elevating their performance via on-the-job training, motivational leadership, and hands-on support.
    • Instil limitless thinking.
  • Collaborative Innovation:

    • Bridging retail and head office, influencing talent while constructing enduring partnerships.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

✔ Proven managerial expertise equivalent to Deputy Manager or above. ✔ Value-adding track record covering KPI delivery, team development, and problem-solving (agency experience never hurts). ✔ Flex for life in fast-paced beauty/retail/FMCG industries means you likely thrive in moments of sudden urgency.
