For our new branch in Bristol we are looking for a Business Manager.
Are you an entrepreneur at heart? Do you thrive on challenges and aspire to develop the skills of a leader? At agap2, we are looking for entrepreneurial individuals ready to create and grow their own business within our company.
The role of a Business Manager is multifaceted:
- BUSINESS DEVELOPER: You will meet with prospects to identify opportunities, grow your business, and support your future clients in their projects. You will be responsible for the growth and profitability of your profit center.
- RECRUITER: You will identify and recruit engineering profiles to build a team of consultants.
- MANAGER: You will oversee the careers of your consultants, ensuring their development, training, and skills enhancement.
