Job Title: IT Business Manager – AdTech & Media Solutions

Type of Engagement: Full-Time / Contract

Location: Remote

Role Summary:

IT Business Manager / Product Manager – AdTech & Media Solutions will act as the bridge between Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Media Research, Digital Advertising, Product, and Technology teams, driving the delivery of business-critical advertising and media technology solutions. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for Advertising Billing, Campaign Management, Ad Sales, Programmatic Advertising, Order Management, Revenue Management, and Media Technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Business Analyst supporting Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Media Research, Digital Advertising, and Video Advertising business teams.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements for enterprise AdTech and Media Technology platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve advertising workflows, campaign execution, audience management, inventory utilization, and monetization strategies.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, Ad Operations, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of Ad Servers, OMS (Order Management Systems), Campaign Management Systems, Programmatic Advertising platforms, Audience Management Platforms, and Digital Media applications.
