Business Manager
The Humberview Group is looking to add a Business Manager to join one of our teams in Scarborough/North York.
As a Business Manager, you'll play a key role in the customer journey by presenting financing and leasing solutions, offering valuable protection products, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident about their purchase. You'll work closely with the Sales team and lending partners to deliver outstanding service while contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Pay
Commission-based. Ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 a year.

What You'll Do
- Present and explain vehicle protection plans, warranties, insurance products, and other aftermarket offerings with confidence and integrity.
- Guide customers through financing and leasing options, helping them choose solutions that best fit their needs.
- Prepare, submit, and finalize finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
- Coach and educate Sales Consultants on financing options, protection products, and value-added services.
- Ensure all deals comply with dealership policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in every interaction.
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned by the Sales Managers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous finance and insurance (F&I) experience is required.
- Valid OMVIC license.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Experience with Volkswagen is preferred but not required.
- Results-oriented while maintaining full accountability and transparency.
- Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages and commissions etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and financial institutions.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
