What the Role Involves

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with business goals, implementing the Scania Financial Services sales strategy across your territory.
  • Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating to promote and generate finance solutions that accelerate vehicle sales.
  • Build trust-based relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors for long-term success.
  • Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through mentorship and support.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Participate in dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance.
