Business Manager
Senior Business Manager – Distribution & Protection Support (London-Focused Role)

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised, commercially minded Business Manager to partner with our Distribution and Protection leadership team, creating strategic clarity, driving momentum, and ensuring senior leaders focus on high-impact priorities.
Reporting closely to the Distribution Director and Protection Director, this high-trust, high-impact role blends senior executive support with commercial acumen. You’ll:
- Shape operational priorities
- Optimise time allocation for leadership
- Introduce efficiency improvements, including AI and automation
- Foster alignment across teams
Ideal for professionals who thrive on analytical challenge, collaboration, and visually improving processes.

- Structure and accelerate strategic priorities to deliver organisational growth.
- Create high-impact briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in executive support or senior business management within a complex environment.
- Experience working at Director/VP level with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Flair for clear and engaging written communications (e.g., board reports, presentations).
- Comfort integrating data/insights into planning, aligned with detailed KPIs.
- Understand financial processes and (protective/distributive sectors is a plus).

- Skilled in project and risk management methodologies.
