Business Manager – Foodservice | Tata Consumer Products | Home-based, UK

Are you passionate about FMCG sales?

Do you thrive on building customer relationships, winning new business and delivering commercial growth?

Look no further! We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Manager – Foodservice to join our UK Commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help grow some of the UK's most iconic tea brands, including Tetley and Teapigs, working closely with leading foodservice wholesalers, contract caterers and end operators across the UK.

This isn't a traditional account management role. You'll be at the heart of our Foodservice business, building customer partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, delivering commercial plans and helping shape the future of our Foodservice channel.

What you'll do:

  • Take full account responsibility for the Caterfood Group, delivering financial, volume and trading objectives
  • Build strong relationships with foodservice wholesalers, end operators and key stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across contract caterers and operator groups
  • Support and execute customer activation, marketing and promotional plans
  • Manage forecasting, invoicing, rebates and key customer administration
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to maximise opportunities
  • Provide customer, competitor and market insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Help drive growth across the Tetley and Teapigs portfolio within the Foodservice channel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
