The Opportunity
We're looking for an immediately available, experienced commercial professional to support our DACH & France business on a fixed-term basis (approx 3 months).
Acting as a key link between Little Moons and our distributor partners, you'll help drive growth, ensure excellent in-market execution, and build strong relationships across multiple markets in DACH & France.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management with commercial delivery.
You'll work closely with distributors and internal teams to keep plans moving, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure our brand continues to delight consumers across your key markets.
Alongside managing day-to-day relationships, you'll help coordinate business planning, performance reviews, launches, and commercial initiatives that support our ambitions in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for distributor partners across DACH & France
- Support the delivery of commercial plans across DACH and France
- Monitor distributor performance, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth
- Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions with partners
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activity and in-market execution
- Work cross-functionally with your wider Sales team, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of plans
- Analyse sales and market performance data, turning insights into clear actions and recommendations
- Support forecasting, demand planning and commercial reporting activities
- Ensure distributor partners are equipped with the tools, information and assets they need to succeed
- Build a strong understanding of customer and consumer trends across European markets
- Identify new opportunities to grow distribution, sales and brand visibility

Essential Requirements
- Experience within FMCG, food, or drink is essential
- Experience managing distributor relationships, international customers or export markets
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with data
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
- Fluent English essential
- German and or French speaking is a big plus
