Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality

Our client: Leading International Fine Food & Drink organisation company that is launching in UK Personable small close knit team Family owned business that has a fantastic culture that is down to earth, flexible and growth focused The Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality role is ideal for a self starter who has experience of selling to premium hotels and restaurants Home based role but need to be based London/South

The role: As Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality you will develop and execute the channel strategy using your knowledge of the sector and previous relationships. You will own all elements of account management and business development and be just as comfortable with strategy as rolling your sleeves up. As y Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality you will own and deliver the business development strategy across the on trade sector focusing on high end and Michelin hotel and restaurant groups Having responsibility for commercial negotiations the Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality will have full P&L ownership for customers and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with buyers and other contacts within accounts In the role the will Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality maintain a deep understanding of your accounts, their customers and strategy to identify opportunities for growth through successful activation and distribution gains.

Ideal candidate: You will currently be an upward curve w Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality within the fine food and drink industry working within the hospitality sector specifically with premium hotels and restaurants. Although not essential experience of luxury food retail and wholesale would be beneficial It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion and network for the hotel & restaurant sector and you will bring a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation skills This is a standalone role and you must be a self starter who is happy to develop strategy whilst rolling your sleeves up and making things happen. You must have excellent relationship building skills and you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders. As Business Manager Fine Foods Hospitality you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to action opportunities to drive profit You will have excellent planning and organisation skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitude

Benefits & details: Salary £65-80k plus depending on experience. Plus 20% bonus opportunity, pension and private medical. Fantastic, flexible, personable culture Role is home based but ideally need to live in London/South
