Position
The eXalt-Fi team in London is seeking a Digital Sales Manager (specialized in the development/IT part of Market Finance) to support the team’s ambitious growth plans for the year 2026.

Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s needs and the DNA of our structure
- Participate in sourcing and act as a real talent scout
- Meet customers’ needs by positioning relevant profiles aligned with requirements, whether for:
- Employees
- Partners (CIBs, Asset Managers, Custodians, Fintechs)
- Drive sales development as a company spokesperson for customers and prospects
- Conduct telephone prospecting
- Manage consultants in post, monitoring assignments through regular meetings with principals and consultants
- Ensure reporting of actions carried out via CRM
