About This Role

Are you passionate about financial sales, customer relationships, and driving business growth? As a Business Manager at Scania Financial Services, you’ll leverage your expertise in asset finance to design tailored funding solutions that support Scania truck dealers and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

At Scania Financial Services, your role will focus on enhancing revenue streams and deepening dealer engagement, ensuring seamless integration between finance and vehicle sales. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Develop tailored asset finance proposals

    • Identify customer needs and design custom funding solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with dealers to align finance options with their sales objectives, ensuring total vehicle finance Strategy effectiveness.
  • Drive sales performance & meet targets

    • Achieve regional sales targets and KPIs, adapting strategies to direct territory demand.
    • Implement and update Scania Financial Services’ sales plan to maximise transaction volumes and profitability.
    • Proactively build relationships with modernisation-focused dealers, securing long-term finance commitments.
  • Embed finance expertise in the sales process

    • Provide technical guidance to truck sales teams, enhancing their ability to articulate finance solutions.
    • Lead training sessions, workshops, and marketing drives to increase finance revenue across the sales pipeline.
  • Report, forecast, and plan strategically

    • Prepare daily sales reports, monthly forecasts, and tactical campaigns to inform commercial decisions.
    • Collaborate with market teams to identify future opportunities and refine processes for efficiency.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with a proven track record in asset finance or commercial sales, and the communication skills to resonate with both technical sales teams and non-financial leaders.
