Role Overview

You enjoy being close to the customer, but you also want more say in how the business grows. More ownership of your region, stronger support around you, and the freedom to make commercial decisions that move things forward.

As Business Manager, you’ll lead growth across your area, build trusted relationships with renal care teams, and make sure customers receive excellent support throughout the patient journey. You’ll combine consultative selling with strong case coverage, keeping a close eye on KPIs while working with colleagues across the business to deliver the right outcomes.

This is a role for someone personable, commercially hungry, and confident taking the lead. With a supportive Regional Business Manager behind you and clear opportunities to progress, you’ll have the backing to grow your region and make a real difference in renal care.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Our client focuses on providing dynamic solutions to help treat chronic conditions in Renal care for patients across the UK. In addition to this, they offer a home delivery service of their products. This unique, friendly, and professional service continues to specialise and expand in products across the medical device industry.

What can they offer you? As well as a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, pension, and company car – you will join a company committed to their customers and patients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
