About The Job
We are looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Business Manager to support the growth and success of our SaaS vendor portfolio. This role sits at the centre of our SaaS business, combining commercial ownership, vendor management, and operational execution to drive revenue, margin, and engagement.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in developing and executing vendor business plans, supporting go-to-market activity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building strong vendor relationships, and influencing business performance through insight-driven decision making.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and develop commercial relationships with a portfolio of Tier 2 vendors
- Support and execute vendor business plans aligned to growth and revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to increase vendor contribution and profitability
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver go-to-market and demand generation campaigns
- Track campaign performance and ROI, using insights to inform future activity
- Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts in partnership with Sales teams
- Monitor performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities
- Analyse sales and performance data to support decision-making and planning
- Manage pricing, margins, and product data across internal systems
- Support operational processes including order flow and issue
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution across teams

Skills and Experience
To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness, including understanding of margin management and revenue drivers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
