What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify, target, and engage new prospective customers through outbound activity (calls, email, social selling, and events)
- Conduct high-impact discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges, priorities, and buying triggers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and tracking within CRM
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, design, and estimation teams to develop compelling, tailored solutions and proposals
- Establish credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to build early trust
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to sharpen positioning and approach

What We’re Looking For
- Solid grasp of core sales fundamentals, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management
- Proven experience in new business sales within the technology sector (preferably selling into colos, data centre, hyperscale or neo-cloud providers)
- Tenacity, ambition, and a results-driven mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and maintain momentum
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, building trust quickly, and navigating complex buying processes
We are open to candidates from adjacent sectors with the right capability and mindset — supported by mentoring and training
