Overview
Own and lead ELEMIS’ #1 UK & Ireland store at Bicester Village. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of our highest-performing UK & Ireland location, leading a high-volume, premium retail environment with both retail and treatment revenue streams.

This is the opportunity to become Business Manager at ELEMIS Bicester Village.
The Opportunity
As Business Manager, you will run your store like your own business—driving commercial performance, elevating client experience, and leading a team of 6 to deliver best-in-class results.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven Store Manager or Flagship Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
Responsibilities
Own the Commercial Performance
- Take full accountability for sales, service, and operational KPIs across our #1 UK & Ireland store
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous growth
- Increase footfall, conversion, ATV, and client retention through actionable plans
- Shape store strategy and respond quickly to a dynamic retail trading environment

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of 6
- Drive a high-performance culture through clear goals, feedback, and development plans
- Create effective rotas aligned to trading patterns and business needs
- Build capability through ongoing coaching, product training, and leadership
Deliver a Premium Client & Treatment Experience
- Champion luxury service standards across retail and customer journeys
- Ensure exceptional consultation, clienteling, and personalised experiences
- Oversee operations to maximise customer satisfaction and repeat visits
Drive Partnerships & Visibility
- Build strong relationships with Head Office and key stakeholders
- Partner with Bicester Village to deliver high-impact events and activations
- Leverage key trading moments to maximise commercial opportunities

Ensure Operational Excellence
- Own all store operations including stock management, deliveries, and stock takes
- Maintain exceptional standards across merchandising, hygiene, and compliance
- Deliver seamless execution of promotions and in-store initiatives
Requirements
- An experienced Store Manager / Business Manager / Flagship Manager in a target-driven environment
- Highly commercially focused, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth
- Confident using data and KPIs to drive decisions and performance
- A strong leader and coach, able to build and retain high-performing teams
- Experienced in premium, luxury, or high-volume retail environments
- A natural relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Operationally strong, highly organised, and hands-on
