Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will:
- Design tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with business goals, implementing the [Scania Financial Service sales strategy] across your territory.
- Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborate with them to promote finance solutions that drive vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors.
- Enhance finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and tactical campaigns in line with strategic objectives.
- Participate in dealer sales meetings, strengthening partnerships and boosting sales performance.
