Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Manager will oversee branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, stock management, and day-to-day administration.

- Leading and developing the local team
- Setting targets
- Monitoring financial results
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Implementing initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
- Contributing to strategic planning at branch level
- Maintaining high service standards
- Representing the Edmundson Electrical brand in the local market
Qualifications
- Strong business management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
- Experience in sales and account management, with the ability to grow business and maintain key customer relationships.
- People management and leadership abilities, including team development, coaching, and performance management.
- Operational and organisational skills, such as inventory control, process improvement, and workflow coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and commercially aware mindset.
- Experience in electrical wholesale, construction supply, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with standard office software and business systems; comfort with learning company-specific tools.
- Relevant education in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a managerial role.
