The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Business & Marketing Data Scientist to transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive marketing performance and business strategy. Working with large datasets, you'll apply statistical analysis, build reporting solutions and develop dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex analytical challenges, uncovering opportunities for growth, and influencing business outcomes through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
- Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations that provide clear reporting on business and marketing performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Support the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, analytical models and measurement methodologies.

About You
You’ll be a commercially minded data professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for using data to solve business and marketing challenges.
You’ll Bring
- At least five years’ experience in data science, marketing analytics, business intelligence or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data analysis techniques and quantitative methodologies.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Proven experience designing and building dashboards and data visualisations.
- Proficiency in Python is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and engaging way.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SQL and data querying.
- Knowledge of modern business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
- Experience supporting marketing measurement, campaign analysis or customer insights.
- Familiarity with experimentation, predictive modelling or machine learning techniques.
