Remote | Independent Contractor | Work from Anywhere

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and sales-driven Onboarding Manager to join our growing international team on an independent contractor basis.

Lumo Wallet is looking for a Business Onboarding Manager to join our growing international team on an independent contractor basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with a dynamic global team. This position offers a small fixed monthly contractor fee together with an attractive commission structure based on sales performance, providing excellent earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers from initial contact through to successful activation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Drive sales opportunities during the onboarding process.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximise conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Achieve agreed sales and onboarding performance targets.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years' experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer success, sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Professional level of spoken and written English.

Contractor Engagement

This position is offered on an independent contractor basis. The successful candidate will invoice the company monthly for services rendered and will be responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations in their country of residence.
