Business Operations Administrator
Superfine Manufacturing Ltd – Forfar

Superfine Manufacturing Ltd is a modern, fast-growing chemical manufacturing business supplying customers across the UK. We are looking for a proactive, organised Business Operations Administrator to support sales order processing, operational coordination, supplier liaison, and general office administration. This is a key role that keeps information flowing accurately across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Production.
About the Role
- Sales Order Processing: Enter customer orders, issue confirmations, customer invoicing, and maintain accurate ERP records.
- Customer Communication: Handle enquiries, provide updates, and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Commercial Accuracy: Maintain accurate product codes and customer records across ERP and documentation.
- Logistics and Dispatch Support: Coordinate with Production and Warehouse Teams to ensure orders are scheduled, packed, and shipped correctly.
- Operational Coordination: Update stock, order statuses, and operational data to support production planning.
- Supplier Liaison: Chase suppliers for delivery dates, confirm PO details, and track outstanding orders.
- ERP & Data Accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate system data for orders, stock, pricing, and documentation.
- Office Administration: Manage documentation, shared inboxes, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Reporting Support: Assist with weekly operational reports and KPI updates.

- Experience in an administrative role within sales, operations, or manufacturing.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
- Competence in Microsoft 365, Sage 50, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and effectively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Salary: Competitive Salary dependant on Experience + Benefits Package
Hours of work: 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
