Business Operations Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced office environment where your work truly makes a difference?
We are looking for a Business Operations Administrator to join our growing, dynamic team in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes—keeping our field operations running smoothly and efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in achieving key performance targets (KPIs)
- Coordinating tasks to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Communicating confidently with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
- Providing real-time and pre-planned support to field agents
- Liaising with third-party providers to manage bookings and resources
- Carrying out quality checks on completed fieldwork
- Assisting with general office administration
- Preparing and packaging field agent kits for dispatch
