If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings entities Scott & Co.
About Scott & Co
Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd the UK’s largest judicial services group providing integrated court order compliance.
Role Overview
As a Business Operations Administrator you will be handling communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers as well as creating checking and filling our documents making sure they are accurate.
Duties include:
- Handling cash accurately and processing banking transactions.
- Monitoring the quality of outputs to ensure they meet specified requirements and deadlines.
- Ensuring all correspondence is prepared and issued correctly.

What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- A willingness to learn and apply relevant regulations, including GDPR, and to stay informed of industry developments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
