Business Operations Administrator

We are looking for a Business Operations Administrator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll provide hands-on support across executive support, office management, events, onboarding, and finance administration.

Role

  • Manage diaries, travel, and correspondence for senior stakeholders
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and supplier relationships
  • Coordinate internal events and support external event logistics
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, liaising with our IT provider on access and equipment
  • Process invoices, expenses, and credit card reconciliations via Xero

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders with diary and travel management
