We are looking for a Business Operations Administrator to join our growing, energetic team in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes - keeping our field operations running smoothly and efficiently every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the team in achieving key performance targets (KPIs)
  • Coordinating tasks to ensure smooth delivery of our services
  • Communicating confidently with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Providing real-time and pre-planned support to field agents
  • Liaising with third-party providers to manage bookings and resources
  • Carrying out quality checks on completed fieldwork
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Preparing and packaging field agent kits for dispatch
