Position: Business Operations & Analytics Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Create and refine dashboards and KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and document process flows and workflow analyses for actionable insights.
- Design visual documentation to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.
- Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes.
- Translate data findings into concise recommendations for diverse business stakeholders.
