Role: Business Operations & Analytics Specialist
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $50 - $60/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives to assess their impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
