About Law Debenture

Law Debenture is an Investment Trust supported by a wholly owned professional services business. LawDeb is an unusual and exciting proposition: on a day-to-day basis, we are nimble, ambitious, and small enough to know everyone by name, while also benefiting from the profile and credibility of a listed business. This is thanks to our 135-year-old FTSE250 investment trust and our fast-growing independent professional services business, with over 300 colleagues across 6 business lines.

At LawDeb, we prioritise making a positive impact. We seek the very best people to shape our business for the next stage of our proud history and growth. Our ambition is to innovate, collaborate, and deliver peace of mind and excellence for our clients and one another.

We’re building a culture where everyone is trusted, supported, and empowered to pursue their success. Working with us means accessing our envisionable client network, innovative projects, and brilliant colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
