Business Operations Associate | Oxford | £38-40K
We are supporting a growing and innovative business in their search for a Business Operations Associate to join their team in Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The position offers broad exposure across operations, people processes, logistics, and business support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role within a growing organisation.
Working pattern: Primarily office-based (5 days per week), with some flexibility available
The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the business and act as a key part of the operational function. Responsibilities will include:

- Managing office operations, suppliers, and procurement activities
- Supporting logistics and coordinating operational processes
- Managing IT administration, systems access, and software tools
- Supporting onboarding and people-related processes
- Assisting with scheduling, travel coordination, and wider business support activities
- Supporting finance administration and liaising with external partners
- Helping to improve processes and identify efficiencies across the business
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities
- Takes ownership and enjoys working independently
- Thrives in fast-moving environments
- Is proactive and solutions-focused
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Is comfortable using technology and finding ways to improve processes
- Previous experience within a startup or high-growth environment would be advantageous
