Role: Business Operations Associate (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $119 - $168/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to work on a contract basis. The role involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include training end-users and troubleshooting technical issues to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
