About Us
Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform. Online sellers connect their sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and we orchestrate order routing, warehouse, and carrier execution. With a global network, we track parcels to customers and provide sellers with a unified supply chain view. We scale quickly—doubling business in 2026. Operations is key: seamless systems fuel business growth.
Your Mission
Own end-to-end operations—detect bottlenecks, resolve them quickly, and automate recurring work. Duties include:
- Ensuring tickets resolve within SLAs
- Data reconciliation across platforms (Bezos Platform, WMS, Operations Dashboard)
- Tracking missing/stuck/mismatched orders before impacts sellers
- Accountability for warehouse/carrier adherence to SLAs
- Transforming recurring operational challenges into thoughtful fixes—usually as Claude skills/agents, Retool dashboards, or Make automations.
Core Pillars
- Keep the flow clean: Daily reconciliation ensures no gaps
- Hold the network accountable: SLAs, invoice tracking, and carrier performance reviews
- Build the machine: Automations reduce manual work, scaling headcount more efficiently
- Close the loop: Seller-facing ticket resolution, root-cause fixes, and prevent reoccurrence

90-Day Impact
You’ll achieve all the following within three months:
- Own and streamline daily cross-system reconciliation to near-zero unresolved exceptions
- Launch at least one automation or Claude skill, cutting down manual work
- Own a segment of warehouse/carrier portfolio, independently ensuring SLA compliance
- Drive a company KPI (dispatch rate, resolution time, etc.) and present results in weekly metrics

AI-native builder: More than chat; must use Claude/AI agent/skills to automate workflows autonomously. Requirements:
- Can demonstrate self-running projects (e.g., skills, agents)
- Keeping a human engaged in the loop
- We’ll test your hands-on ability.

Autonomous problem solver: Figures things out without tight scripted guidance—complex owners ship with minimal hand-holding.

Quantisitic acumen: Degree or equivalent in engineering, maths, CS, physics, or numerate economics/finance (Demonstrability matters more than grade). We look for analytical impact.

Track record of impact: Point to measurable results (e.g., margin lift, KPI improvement). No fluff—just “I delivered X.”

The ultimate fixer: Doesn’t just flag broken processes: build tools/processes—coding, workflows, or no-code solutions—to prevent recurrence.

- Experience from e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain
- Light coding: Python, SQL, JavaScript or no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable)
