The Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational backbone of the business.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll oversee operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and finance coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly from product concept through to customer delivery.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll bring structure, drive continuous improvement, and build scalable processes that support our next phase of growth.
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement through to production and fulfillment.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Managing inventory, forecasting stock requirements, and maintaining product data.
- Overseeing logistics, warehousing, shipping, and customs processes.
- Supporting product launches and cross-functional business projects.
- Managing office operations and business administration.
- Strengthening finance processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, and reporting.
- Producing operational reports and business insights to support decision-making.
- Driving efficiency, reducing costs, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced operations professional who enjoys building structure, solving problems, and working across multiple business functions.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in operations, supply chain, or business operations.
- Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury goods, FMCG, or a similar consumer product environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, inventory, and logistics.
- Confidence supporting finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience using systems such as Xero, Shopify, Unleashed, Cin7, InFlow, or similar ERP and inventory platforms.
