We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Business Operations Manager (Product Data Insights & Reporting) to serve as the vital operational bridge between our technical data execution and cross-functional business decision-making. In this role, you will lead the effort to transform product and organizational data into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering organization, driving alignment and helping senior leadership make high-impact decisions.

You are an exceptional relationship builder, translator, and team advocate. Rather than focusing on hands-on technical execution, your strength lies in your ability to navigate organizational dynamics, influence stakeholders across diverse teams, and translate complex data points into compelling narratives that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish deep, trusting partnerships with engineering and product stakeholders as well as cross-functional leadership, acting as the primary strategic bridge between analytical execution and business decision-making.
  • Translate analytical projects into highly compelling narratives, framing our roadmap in a way that resonates with senior stakeholders and drives meaningful alignment.
  • Navigate organizational dynamics and competing priorities with high political acumen, ensuring data-backed recommendations are successfully adopted and operationalized.
  • Maintain stakeholder momentum and manage expectations gracefully during long delivery cycles, keeping partners excited and bought into the long-term analytics vision.
  • Advocate passionately for the analytics function, leveraging high demand for insights to build compelling cases for expanded support.
  • Lead, mentor, and protect a lean team of technical analysts, providing the necessary "air cover" for them to focus on deep execution while actively coaching them on communication and influencing skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
