About Us

Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform. Online sellers connect their sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and we orchestrate the rest, routing orders to a global network of warehouse and carrier partners, tracking every parcel to the customer's door, and giving sellers one clean view of their entire supply chain. We are a small, fast-moving, AI-native team scaling almost doubling our business in 2026. Operations is the engine room: when it runs well, sellers grow and the platform compounds.

Your Mission

Own a meaningful slice of operations end-to-end — and build the tools, automations and playbooks that let our network scale without adding headcount. You'll own the daily heartbeat of the platform: making sure tickets are resolved within SLA, reconciling data across systems, hunting down the orders that fall through the cracks, holding warehouses and carriers to their SLAs, and turning recurring operational pain into permanent fixes (often as a Claude skill or agent, a Retool dashboard, or a Make automation you build yourself).

Core Pillars

  • Keep the flow clean: Reconcile the Bezos Platform, WMS and Operations Dashboard daily; find and resolve missing/stuck/mismatched orders before sellers notice
  • Hold the network to account: Monitor warehouse & carrier performance against SLAs; chase, escalate and reconcile invoices against rate cards
  • Build the machine: Replace manual, repetitive work with Claude skills/agents, automations and dashboards, so the team scales output, not headcount
  • Close the loop on sellers: Resolve operational tickets fast, find the root cause, and fix it upstream so it doesn't recur

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Achieve In Your First 90 Days

  • Own the daily cross-system reconciliation and cut the count of unresolved order exceptions to near zero
  • Ship at least one automation, Claude skill or agent that removes a recurring manual task from the team's week
  • Take ownership of a slice of the warehouse/carrier portfolio: running its performance reviews and invoice reconciliation independently
  • Move at least one company OKR (despatch rate, contact rate, or resolution time) in the right direction and present it in the weekly metrics review

Requirements

What we're looking for (non-negotiables)

  • AI-native: beyond the chat box. You've used Claude (or equivalent) to build things that run on their own: skills, agents, or automated workflows. Not just back-and-forth chat. You can show us what you built, what it does unattended, and where you keep a human in the loop. This is a hard requirement, and we will ask you to demonstrate it
  • Autonomous operator: You figure things out on your own and own complex problems end-to-end with only light guidance. (you're consistently ahead of the ask and can own a Key Result.)
  • Numerate & analytical: A degree (or clearly demonstrated equivalent ability) in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, maths, physics, CS, or a heavily numerate economics / finance / quant-social-science track. It's the analytical horsepower we're screening for, not the department name
  • A track record of measurable impact: You can point to specific, quantified outcomes you drove, eg cost down, a KPI moved, a process that got faster, not just responsibilities you held
  • A builder: You don't just spot the broken process, you fix it for good, by building the tool, commissioning the build, or redesigning the process. Evidence of systems, automations, dashboards or playbooks others now rely on
  • Energised by startups: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, own outcomes end-to-end, and want a wide remit over a narrow one
  • Clear communicator: Writes crisply, presents findings simply, and tells people what to do next, not just what's wrong
