About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Sales Analyst to support our Enterprise EMEA Sales team by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order execution, and high-quality customer support.
You will act as a key link between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to enable efficient processes and a phenomenal customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Operations and Customer Support: Manage and resolve queries and issues for Enterprise customers across EMEA. Assist the Sales team with internal sales processes and systems, including account setup and follow-up, order processing and fulfillment, pricing, quotes, backend rebates and claims, and revenue management, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment: Collect, review, and submit forecast. Review backlog and allocation in close partnership with the planning team. Work closely with operations, production, and warehouse teams to ensure customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Create and maintain key operational reports, including shipping, backlog, and forecast reports, to provide clear visibility on performance, pipeline, and order status.
- Data Tools and Automation: Use SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel, and Agentic tools to manage data integrity, support analyses, and streamline analytical workflows and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Improvement: Engage regularly with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, Planning, and Warehouse, as well as external customers, to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of regional Sales Operations processes, helping to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

What We Need To See

- 3+ years’ experience in business operations, sales support, or customer service, ideally in the Enterprise sector and preferably within a leading high-tech company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage sophisticated tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passionate great teammate with outstanding communication skills and a collaborative outlook, able to build positive relationships across internal partners and with external customers.
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel, and a willingness and curiosity to learn new tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trainings (around 3% of the work year)
