About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & Systems Specialist to join our team.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in operations, administration, finance, customer support, manufacturing, supply chain, or business processes who enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and helping businesses improve the way they work.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in business systems, technology consulting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document business processes and operational requirements
- Support the implementation and improvement of business software solutions
- Assist clients with system setup, user support, and troubleshooting
- Help improve reporting, workflows, and business efficiency
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement
- Work with Excel and digital tools to support business objectives
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project activities
- Build knowledge of business systems and emerging technologies

Desirable Skills

Requirements
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Candidates with a provisional licence may also be considered
