We are seeking a Business Operations Team Leader to join our team in central Manchester. The perfect candidate will be a self-motivated, positive individual with a "can-do" mentality, committed to delivering comprehensive reprographics, post room, and archiving services.

Our Manchester Team
The Manchester Business Operations team currently includes:
- 2 Business Operations Assistants, covering reprographics, post room, and archiving services for both colleagues and clients.
This role sits within the wider Business Operations team, alongside Facilities and Reception.
Core Responsibilities
- An onsite role, reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager, this position involves overseeing and managing Business Operations support while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
- Team leadership: Manage the Business Operations team, conduct annual appraisals with performance objectives, and assist in recruitment as needed.
- Escalation point for internal queries; key external contact for stationery and courier suppliers (attending relevant meetings as required).
- Oversee daily post room, reprographics, and archiving operations, guaranteeing all time-sensitive deadlines are met.
- Focus on individual team development and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Lead quarterly Team Leader meetings (UK-wide), occasionally taking minutes and sharing updates with senior management.
- Flexibility is key: Rotate shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), cover absences, and work overtime when necessary.
- Deeds Audits: Work with Real Estate partners to complete 6-monthly audits of signed documents (coordinating with other UK offices) and report discrepancies to the Quality & Risk team.
- Assist Reception in coordinating new starter Health & Safety inductions.
- Occasional UK office travel may be required for team duties.
- Provide ad-hoc Reception cover.

Requirements
- Relevant experience: Prior work in mail, reprographics, and archiving within a professional office environment, ideally in a similar supervisory team role.
- Leadership ability: Capable of listening, clarifying instructions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Client-facing approach: Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to use initiative to deliver excellent service.
- Flexibility & adaptability: Willing to cross-train in different departments as needed.
- IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft packages and adaptive to new systems quickly.
