Bank Business Partner

ÂŁ28,000 plus amazing up to 15% annual bonus and benefits package included!

We’re looking for a Bank Business Partner to join our team, working closely with our NHS clients to ensure their temporary staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, you’ll act as the on-site escalation point for stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a seamless service and helping to improve bank fill rates, ultimately reducing reliance on agency staffing.

In this role, you will
- Be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust in Bank Partners
- Look at all ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce the reliance on agency
- Look at MI to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the NHS or GP healthcare environment is essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on a busy hospital site
