About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and inquisitive Business Performance Analyst to support strategic performance insights across our UK Motor Alternative Distribution and Insurtech portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- Sit at the heart of underwriting and pricing decision-makers, converting scheme data into actionable performance insights
- Work closely with underwriting and pricing teams to refine portfolio rules, pricing strategy, and underwriting decisions based on analytical findings
- Analyse risk mix, conversion rates, and portfolio trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful performance reports using Excel and Power BI
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in an impactful way
- Drive improvements in how portfolio insights are produced, shared, and utilised
- Ensure compliance with UK Motor and Insurtech regulations

Requirements
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Thinker & Analyst: Enjoys digging into data to uncover hidden insights
- Strategic Communicator: Translates complex findings into clear, actionable business insights
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Builds trust and influences decisions with confidence
- Experienced in Data Insights: Strong background in analysing portfolio or performance data, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Excel (advanced) and Power BI (proficient)
- Industry Advantage (Bonus): Prior experience in UK Motor markets, scheme management, or Insurtech will be advantageous
- But we value mindset, curiosity, and communication skills above formal experience
