Role Description

The Business Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Trafford Park, responsible for driving operational and financial performance across the business. This role includes monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing business data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The Business Performance Manager will collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to develop and manage budgets, improve processes, and enhance profitability. Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Finance and Budgeting skills to support financial planning, cost control, and profitability improvement.
  • Business Analysis skills to assess processes, systems, and performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Business Relationship Management skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in performance management, commercial analysis, or operations within a manufacturing or design-led environment is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
