Our Company Is Split Into Two Business Areas

Utility Infrastructure –

Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.

Social Infrastructure -

Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting business growth, and establishing robust project governance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Support client relationship management and engagement activities Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions

PMO & Governance

Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation Support governance processes across the project portfolio

Supply Chain Management

Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps

Operational Support

Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director Identify and resolve operational issues proactively Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking

Skills & Experience

Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware
