Dental Practice Manager, Speke, Liverpool (L24 2SF)

Hours:
Full-time or Part-time (to be discussed)
Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead our friendly, growing mixed NHS and private dental practice in Speke.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in dental practice management who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving practice performance and supporting business growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Principal Dentist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring excellent patient service, regulatory compliance, and an engaged, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the clinical and reception teams
- Managing rotas, recruitment, training, and performance
- Ensuring CQC compliance and maintaining high governance standards
- Driving private treatment growth and patient experience
- Monitoring KPIs, diary utilisation, and practice performance
- Supporting marketing and patient engagement initiatives
- Managing complaints, stock, suppliers, and operational efficiency

About You
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- A commercial mindset with a focus on practice growth
- Experience using dental practice management software
