Business Process Analyst (12 month FTC)

Business Process Analyst (Monday.com) – 12 Month FTC Role

The Value of Active Minds

Jupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies, with just under 500 employees and £54 billion worth of assets under management (as at 31st December 2025).

Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts, and sub-advised funds. The company has experienced international growth with offices in EMEA and APAC.

Our London office, just minutes from Victoria station, features:

  • Stair-free access via the Underground’s Victoria line and National Rail
  • Natural light (floor-to-ceiling windows) and private balconies
  • Wellness facilities, including a table tennis room, cycle storage, shower and locker facilities
  • Located near Green Park and St James’ Park, offering natural spaces for breaks

We offer a 3:2 hybrid working model (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional day in-office; two days remote), balancing collaboration and flexibility.

About the Role

The AI & Automation team plays a key role in transforming Jupiter’s business processes to enhance efficiency, auditability, and scalability. The team—comprising developers, analysts, and automation specialists—supports projects from initial discovery through to implementation and maintenance, using virtual workflow platforms to drive digital transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
