Business Process Analyst (12 month FTC)
Business Process Analyst – AI & Automation (Fixed-Term Contract, 12 Months)
The Value of Active Minds at Jupiter
Jupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies, employing around 500 people and managing £54 billion in assets (as of 31st December 2025). We deliver investment services through a variety of vehicles—mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts, and sub-advised funds—while supporting international expansion with offices in EMEA and APAC.
Our London headquarters is designed with people in mind, offering:
- Stair-free access from the Victoria tube and National Rail, plus a limited crossing from the high street.
- Modern facilities: Floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, a private balcony, table tennis room, on-site shower and locker facilities, and cycle storage.
- A healthy office culture: Located within walking distance of Royal Parks (Green Park and St James’ Park), fostering a natural workspace alternative to traditional meetings.
We embrace a 3:2 hybrid working model—employees are in the office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one other day of their choice, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. This way, we meet collaboration needs while ensuring a healthy work/life balance.

The AI & Automation team drives digital transformation across Jupiter, leveraging workflow and automation solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and governance. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
