Business Process Analyst – Investment Management – 12 Month FTC – Hybrid

My client is a leading investment management firm, is looking to hire a Business Process Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the continued rollout and optimisation of Monday.com across the business. Working within the AI & Automation team, you'll help improve business processes, increase automation, and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple business areas, with an initial focus on Legal and Compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst or Process Analyst with experience implementing workflow or project management platforms to join a collaborative team delivering enterprise-wide process improvements.

What is expected of the Business Process Analyst:

  • Support the implementation, optimisation and adoption of Monday.com across multiple business functions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to map current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Capture business requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
  • Assist with the configuration, testing and enhancement of Monday.com boards, dashboards, automations, integrations and reporting.
  • Produce process documentation, user guides and training materials to support platform adoption.
  • Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for Monday.com users across the business.
  • Work alongside developers and solution architects to support integrations between Monday.com and other internal platforms.
  • Promote continuous improvement and process excellence across the organisation.

Essential skills required by the Business Process Analyst:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, ideally within Asset Management or Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting workflow or project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana or Jira.
  • Strong business process mapping and process improvement experience, ideally with BPMN 2.0 exposure.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting solution delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable skills required by the Business Process Analyst:

  • Experience configuring Monday.com workflows, automations and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or IBM Blueworks.
  • Exposure to automation, workflow optimisation or digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
