Business Process Analyst - Remote - 6 months FTC initially.
Up to £55,000/annum pro rata.
We’re working with an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation to recruit for a Business Process Analyst to join their growing technology function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business leverages automation, AI, and process optimisation to drive innovation and efficiency.
As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and improve end-to-end processes, helping to unlock opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business teams to understand current processes, challenges, and pain points.
- Document and map end-to-end processes using structured and standardised approaches.
- Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Support innovation initiatives across Digital Labs, with a focus on automation and AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to design future-state processes.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing workflow automation and AI use cases.
- Ensure all process documentation aligns with governance and quality standards.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of process mapping standards and methodologies.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis.
- Strong ability to clearly document complex processes.
- Experience identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives and innovation programmes.
- Exposure to workflow tools, automation platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
- Comfortable working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Confident in challenging constructively and asking insightful questions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working across both business and technology teams.

Salary:
Our client are offering a salary of up to £55,000 / annum pro rata, plus excellent benefits and fully remote working opportunities.
