Business Process Consultant
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £35,000 + Benefits
Tenth Revolution Group is working exclusively with an established UK digital transformation consultancy to recruit a Business Process Consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, or CRM transformation background who enjoys working directly with customers to understand how their business operates, identify inefficiencies, and design smarter ways of working.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting Sales and Marketing business processes, ideally within a CRM environment such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle Sales & Marketing, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
You will work with organisations to understand how they manage their customer journeys, sales pipelines, marketing activities, and operational processes. You will help identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, and design future-state processes that enable successful digital transformation.
This role is focused on business processes rather than technology development. We are looking for someone who can understand business challenges, engage confidently with stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers improve the way they work.
If you are naturally curious, enjoy asking the right questions, and can confidently challenge inefficient ways of working, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Working with customers to understand their Sales, Marketing, and customer management processes.
- Running stakeholder workshops to understand existing ways of working, business challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Mapping current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") business processes using recognised process modelling techniques.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.
- Supporting CRM transformation initiatives, helping customers improve processes across areas such as: Sales pipeline management, Lead and opportunity management, Marketing campaigns and customer journeys, Customer engagement processes, Reporting and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, remove manual processes, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
- Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Supporting CRM implementation and optimisation projects.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve their business processes rather than simply documenting requirements.
- Supporting existing managed service customers with ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and CRM records.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
